I managed to use a discount code, which made my prints a bit cheaper, so that was nice. I do kind of wish the promos came around more often, but overall it felt like a decent deal.

The photos came out kind of blurry and the details looked really soft. I wouldn’t say they’re even worth reprinting, honestly. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was supposed to take responsibility for it, so I just felt passed around instead of getting a straight answer.

The paper feels really thin and flimsy. The description made it sound nicer than it is, but you know how companies dress everything up with polished wording. In person, it just feels cheap.

The prints themselves turned out fine, but the box showed up bent, which was disappointing. I expected the packaging to be sturdier based on how it was presented, so it kind of felt like I was misled a bit. Thankfully nothing inside was ruined, but the unboxing experience wasn’t great.

I really liked the idea and the website was easy enough to use, but after ordering, I just felt a bit passed around whenever I had questions or needed help. The prints themselves were cute, but the quality was just okay — not bad, just nothing that felt special for the price. Once shipping was added, it didn’t feel like a great value. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good discount.

It showed up later than expected, which was already a bit frustrating, and the packaging just didn’t feel very nice for something I was giving as a present. It worked out in the end, I guess, but I probably wouldn’t pick this again if it was meant to be a gift..

Customer service did eventually get back to me and answered my question, so I’ll give them that. But it felt like I had to wait longer than I should have for a simple response. Not terrible, just not exactly quick either

I ordered a bunch of photos and somehow like half of them weren’t even the ones I uploaded. A few were duplicates too, so it basically made the order kinda useless for what I needed.

I checked everything before I paid, so idk how it got that messed up. Super annoying and def not worth the hassle.

They did refund me, so I can’t really complain too much, especially since I probably should’ve followed up sooner myself. The replacement just took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but it eventually got sorted out
